摘要
Abstract
Objective: To report the feasibility of minimally invasive total hip arthroplasty through SuperPATH incision.Methods: From January 2016 to April,Using SuperPATH approach, 8 patients underwent total hip arthroplasty in 7 patients.An average of 7 days of such confinement, average turn off time 3 weeks postoperatively, basic normal gait.Results: Surgical incision length 6-8cm, average 7.6cm;operation time 80-160min, average 100min;intraoperative blood loss 200-350ml, average 300ml;postoperative 12h-24h, average 18h.Followed up for 6 to 10 months, with an average of 9 months.Conclusion: SuperPATH into artificial total hip arthroplasty with less trauma, quicker recovery, surgery is feasible, but there should be a strict operation refers to sign and skilled operation techniques.关键词
