Abstract
Objective: To compare the related situation of the treatment of 110 cases of femoral neck fracture patients after operation in different ways, to use a fixed value of the clinical evaluation of hollow screw.Methods:: 110 cases of related information of patients with femoral neck fracture were collected, patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment method.Comparing the related situation of the two groups of patients after the surgery, the evaluation of different surgical operation treatment.Results:s: cannulated screw fixation can significantly shorten surgery time, reduce intraoperative hemorrhage, accelerate the recovery process after surgery, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05);the experimental group (the treatment efficiency 92.8%) was significantly higher than the control group (78.2%), the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion: the femoral neck fracture patients, to evaluate the specific circumstances of the patients after surgery suggested select fixed cannulated screws treatment, can significantly improve the patients' long-term and short-term therapeutic effect.关键词
