摘要
Abstract
Objective: to analyse steel wire falling reason of patellar fracture with tension band fixation after operation.Methods:: a modified two Kirschner wire" 8" character winding internal fixation.Results:s: in this group of patients were followed up for 8 months to 16 months, founded no wire fracture, Kirschner slip, bending, breaking off, wire, needle tail too long to stimulate the skin.Conclusion: the success of patella fracture surgical operation success has close relationship of fixed mode.关键词
