摘要
Abstract
Objective: To compare two different methods of treatment of the clinical efficacy of blocking treatment of frozen shoulder.Methods: In our hospital in December 2013 ~ December 2015 were treated 56 cases of frozen shoulder adhesions were randomly divided into two groups, the control group, 28 cases of small knife + stellate ganglion block treatment, observation group, 28 cases line partial closure + + stellate ganglion block brachial plexus anesthesia manipulation lysis treatment, the two groups before and after treatment of shoulder pain score and function score.Results: Before treatment, pain scores of the two groups no significant difference (P> 0.05);after treatment, the two groups pain score was significantly lower than before, and the observation group than the control group (P <0.05).Before treatment, the two groups shoulder score was no significant difference (P> 0.05);after treatment, the two groups of shoulder function scores were significantly higher than before, and the observation group was significantly higher (P <0.05).Conclusion:Partial closure, stellate ganglion block Efficacy and brachial plexus anesthesia techniques lysis of adhesions combination therapy is superior to frozen small knife treatment.关键词
