Abstract
Objective: To probe into the clinical value of comprehensive rehabilitation training after internal fixation for patients with dislocation of talus fracture.Methods:: 76 cases of patients with fracture and dislocation of talus and who accepted treatments in our hospital from April, 2014 to April, 2016 were taken as the research objects,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group by the random number table Methods:, with 38 cases in each group.All patients were underwent the internal fixation with screw fixation under arthroscopy treatment.In the control group were given routine nursing,while in the observation group,on the basis of the control group, they were given the comprehensive rehabilitation training.Then,the functional recovery and complications after operation of two groups of patients were observed.Results:There was no significant difference in the function of the ankle joint between the two groups (P > 0.05).There was significantly improved for 1 week after operation, and the difference of AOFAS score between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).After operation for 3 months,the AOFAS score of two groups was significantly higher than that of after operation for 1 week, and the score of observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);The rate of ralus related complications after the operation in the observation group and control group were 2.63%, 10.53%, there was significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion: The patients with fracture and dislocation received comprehensive rehabilitation training after operation,which can effectively promote the functional recovery of the ankle joint, improve the quality of life, thus it is worth promoting.关键词
