Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of continuous comprehensive nursing intervention on elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods: From June 2012 to December 2015, 98 patients with hip fracture treated in our hospital were randomly divided into intervention group (n =53) and control group (n =45).The intervention group received routine nursing (SAS) score, SDS score, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups in terms of Harris Hip Score, Barthel Index Score, Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) Score, and Self-Rating Depression Scale.Results:s There was no significant difference in the scores of Harris, Barthel, SAS and SDS between the two groups before nursing (P> 0.05).After the nursing, the two groups improved obviously, and the intervention group was better than the control group The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing intervention can improve the patients' psychological status, promote functional recovery and improve nursing satisfaction.It is worthy to be popularized in the elderly patients with hip fracture.关键词
