Abstract
Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical curative effect of fine nursing care on patients with meniscus injury under arthroscopy.Methods: in 2014 06 months to December 2015, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria 198 cases of meniscus injury in our hospital were selected as clinical research object, were randomly divided into 2 groups, study group and control group of 99 cases.Patients in the study group were treated with meticulous nursing, and the control group was treated with routine nursing care.Analyze and compare the clinical effect of the two groups of patients, and make an evaluation of its clinical significance.At the same time, the patients and their family members were assessed by the questionnaire of the hospital's special questionnaire.Results:s: the study group of patients with meniscus injury surgery after curative effect and prognosis of recovery was significantly better than the control group, the study group the total efficiency is 98% higher than that of the control group 78.8%, there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05), with statistical significance;the study group of patients and their families satisfaction of medical staff was 99% the 64.6% higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: the clinical curative effect of intensive nursing on the arthroscopic treatment of meniscus injury patients, not only can effectively soothe the emotions of patients, promote the postoperative recovery of patients, but also can improve patient and family satisfaction with care, has the value of popularization and application in clinical work.关键词
