摘要
Abstract
Objective: To evaluate clinical effect of predictive nursing care of supracondylar humeral fracture in children.Methods::100 cases were randomly divided into control group and experimental group(each group was 50 cases).All the patients received open reduction and internal fixation.All the patients were reviewed by routine nursing.At the same time the experimental group was reviewed by predictive nursing.To observe their complications, and investigate the satisfaction of nursing.Results:s: The complications in the experimental group were obviously less than the control group.The nursing satisfaction of Children and their family members in observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group.Conclusions: The predictive nursing care improved the sense of responsibility in nurses.The relationship between nurses and patients was closely related.The humanistic management was manifested, that improved the quality of nursing.The effect of predictive nursing care in supracondylar humeral fracture in children is remarkable, which will further popularization and application.关键词
