Abstract
Objective: to analyze the clinical nursing methods and outcomes of patients after standard decompressive hemicraniectomy.Methods:A total of 63 cases with standard decompressive hemicraniectomy in Fuxin Central Hospital during the period from June 2013 to May 2016 were selected as research subjects.All patients accepted the targeted nursing intervention after standard decompressive hemicraniectomy, and the nursing methods and results were summarized.Results:among 63 patients, 58 cases recovered well, 2 cases of patients with vegetative state, the other 3 patients died(mainly due to lung infection, circulatory failure and multiple organ failure);58 cases of patients had a high degree of satisfaction for the targeted nursing provided by the hospital.Conclusion: It is very important that the targeted effective nursing intervention for the patients after standard decompressive hemicraniectomy to prevent the occurrence of complications and promote the rehabilitation of the patients.关键词
