Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of strict debridement combined with vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of stage III and IV pressure ulcers and the influencing factors.Methods: 44 patients with stage III and IV pressure ulcers in our hospital from November 2015 to October 2016 were selected as research objects.All of the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Patients in the control group were treated with strict debridement, while patients in the observation group were treated with strict debridement combined with vacuum sealing drainage.The PUSH scores of two groups were evaluated before and after treatment.The time of dressing change, the healing time and the healing rate of two groups were compared.The healing time was regard as the dependent variable, the influence factors were regard as independent variables, to make multiple regression analysis.Results:s Before treatment, there was no statistical difference in PUSH score between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment, the scores of PUSH of two groups were lower than before treatment (P<0.05), and the observation group was significantly lower than the same period of the control group (P<0.05).The time of dressing change and healing time of the observation group were (5.3±2.1) times and (19.3±3.5)d were significantly less than the control group (17.4±4.7) times and (28.7±5.4) d, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The wound healing rate of two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05).The stage of pressure ulcer was the risk factor of pressure ulcer healing time (P<0.05).Conclusion: The effect of strict debridement combined with vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of stage III and IV pressure ulcers is satisfactory, which could significantly reduce the time of dressing change and shorten the time of wound healing.关键词
