山东省农村籍大学生土地承包权退出意愿研究
Analysis on Willingness of Giving up Land Contract Right of Rural College Students in Shandong Province
摘要
Abstract
Giving up the land contract right of rural college students has important practical significances for reasonable utilization of land,achievement of large scale production and urbanization of rural college students.Aimed at the willingness of giving up land contract right of rural college students,based on the survey data from 17 cities in Shandong Province,the willingness and influencing factors were analyzed using the Logistic model.The results showed that most of rural college students were willing to quit the land contract right with corresponding compensation.The reason of not willing to withdraw the land contract right mainly was the uncontrollability of the future.The willingness of quitting the land contract right of rural college students was mainly affected by age,willingness to work,the basic characteristics of their village,the basic characteristics of their family and the cognition of land policy.Based on these studies,we put forward some policy suggestions to perfect the exiting mechanism of rural land contract right,establish the replacement system of land contract right in rural areas,and strengthen the employment guidance and training for rural college students.关键词
