摘要

Abstract

Orthogonal test was used to optimize the technological conditions of electro-catalytic degradation of oily wastewater and the oil degradation process was discussed preliminarily.Using Ti/IrO2-Ta2O5-SnO2 electrode as anode,titanium electrode of the same size as cathode,and the oil removal rate as evaluation index,effects of spacing,current density,pH,electrolysis time and other factors on oil degradation were investigated.The results indicated that the best effect which was 93.9% oil removal rate was obtained when the spacing was 15 mm,the current density was 30 mA/cm2,pH value was 3 and the electrolysis time was 60min.Gas chromatography was used to get the composition of wastewater before and after treatment.The degradation process was inferred.The treatment of oily wastewater has a good effect by electro-catalytic oxidation.The total petroleum hydrocarbon is gradually transformed from large molecular substances into small molecules,or CO2.
