Abstract
This paper presented a new type of plunger pneumatic buffer for the crane.The buffer performance test was carried out on the base of the analysis of the buffer structure.Compared to the commonly used pneumatic buffers in current market,the significant structural difference is that the ventilation component on plunger and exhaust ports on plunger push rod are replaced by exhaust and ventilation valve respectively.The plunger pneumatic buffer has the advantages of simple structure,low accuracy requirements for manufacture and installation as well as low manufacturing cost.The results of buffer performance test showed that the efficiency and attenuation coefficient of the buffer was 46.88% and 100.00% respectively,which were better than buffers with spring,rubber and spring-rubber.The efficiency of the proposed buffer is lower than hydraulic buffer,but the attenuation coefficient is relatively higher.关键词
