基于木塑SLS的图片转浮雕模型3D打印及后处理研究
3D Printing and Afterprocessing Research Based on Wood-plastic SLS Images Turning to Emboss Model

Abstract
In the view of the application of the individual emboss model in the construction and process industry,the two-dimensional color images were firstly transformed into grayscale images,and then the corresponding patterns were produced by grayscale images to generate emboss and 3D model.Secondly,choosing the environmentally friendly,renewable wood-plastic composite materials as 3D printing materials,studying the appropriate processing technology,3D printing was generated based on the selective laser sintering method.The sintering parameters were as follows:the preheating temperature was 80 degree,the scanning direction is X and Y direction alternates,the scanning path was optimized for the depth-breadth mixed principle,the laser scanning speed was 2 000 mm/s,the scanning line width was 0.2 mm,the laser power was 12 w and the layer thickness was 0.1 mm.After printing,high pressure air was used to clear floating powder.Finally,after the waxing,activation treatment and other post-treatment process to protect the substrate,reducing the surface roughness of the workpiece and the porosity of the material to improve the mechanical strength,the emboss model was electroless coppered and obtained a uniform texture of the metal copper coating.This paper studied the key technologies of personalized emboss processing,which had the wide application and fast processing speed and used energy-saving and environmentally friendly materials.Different treatment processes could be carried out according to different requirements,which had important research value.关键词
