Survey of demand of head nurses on training course of risk management ability
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the demand for head nurses on the training course of risk management ability,and to provide a scientific basis for the training of head nurses' risk management ability.Methods:The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of correspondence consultation on the demand of head nurses' risk management competency training courses from nursing management specialists and nursing education specialists.Results:After two rounds of correspondence consultation,the final formation of the curriculum system were conducted of 3 major courses,10 course content and 56 evaluation criterias.Conclusions:The expert had a high degree of coordination in the course of the risk management ability for the head nurses,which could provide the reference for future training of head nurses' risk management ability.关键词
