应用德尔菲法对助产士特定情况下处方权内容的再探讨
Rediscussion of Delphi method applied to content of prescription right in specific circumstances of midwives
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the content of prescription rights and form of prescription of Chinese midwives in specific circumstances.Methods:A total of 18 nursing specialists and 14 medical specialists were consulted to analyze the reliability of the expert opinion by using the Delphi method to determine the specific circumstances of the prescription right,the prescription content and the prescription form.Results:Midwives could cause partial prescription of six specific conditions for uterine contraction fatigue,excessive uterine contraction,postpartum hemorrhage,premature rupture of membranes,normal childbirth and neonatal asphyxia,and in these six specific circumstances 20 drug prescriptions and 13 auxiliary check prescriptions.51.5% of the drug and adjuvant check prescriptions tended to be independent prescription,30.3% of them tended to agreement prescription,and 18.2% of both prescriptions were close.Conclusions:The part of prescription rights should be given to the midwives,so as to enhance professional autonomy and professionalism.关键词
