Status quo and management strategies of multiple drug-resistant infections in inpatients in department of respiratory medicine

Abstract
Objective:To know about the status quo and management strategies of multiple drug-resistant infections in inpatients in department of respiratory medicine.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 81 cases of respiratory multidrug-resistant patients infected with infection.Results:EHMN;Among the 81 patients,there were 41 cases (50.6%) of patients aged 61 years and over,29 cases (35.8%) with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the top three pathogens were Acinetobacter baumannii (53.1% (35.8%),Staphylococcus aureus (9.9%).Conclusion:Respiratory medicine should implement multi-level comprehensive management,improve the health care workers' hand hygiene compliance andreduce the spread of multiple drug-resistant bacteria.关键词
