摘要

Abstract

[Objective]This study was performed to screen the candidate receptors of Cocnine-and Amphetamine-Regulate Transcript(CART)of bovine follicles.[Methods]35325 expressed genes obtained from bovine follicular transcriptome after depth of sequencing were screened in this study,selecting out some genes that ODF1/ODF2 tending to infinity and the ratio between 1.5 to 2.0 to identify their gene symbol.Then NCBI and CELLULAR were used to identify subcellular localization,transmembrane helix software was also used in the prediction of transmembrane α helix region,screening out 7 αt helix composed of transmembrane region of membrane protein and CART candidate receptor.[Results]Eventually,the 11 highly expressed genes were screened by differential gene expression,subcellular localization and transmembrane helix prediction.According to the structure and function of the screened 23 G protein-coupled receptor and neuropeptide receptor binding characteristics,we find four G-protein-coupled receptors as CART candidate receptors.[Conclusion]The AGTR2、HTR2B、S1PR1 and S1PR2 as CART candidate receptors ultimately,and laid a solid foundation for further study.
