小球藻无菌培养体系的建立及培养条件的优化
The establishment of sterile culture system and optimization of culture conditions from Erichsen chlorella

Abstract
[Objective]Erichsen Chlorella is a promising candidate for biofuel production for its high lipid content and photosynthetic efficiency.However,contamination and cultivation conditions controlling are two important factors affecting the microalgal biomass and lipid accumulation,as well as the large scale production of Chlorella.[Method]In this study,5 antibiotics cefazolin and Cephalosporins(Cefo),Ampicillin(Amp),Carbenicillin(Car),Neomycin sulfateon(Nw) and rifampicin and amphotericin (Rif) were tested as bacteriostat with different concentrations and combinations,the effect of the antibiotics on the bacteria inhibition and microalgal growth were explored.In addition,the effects of inoculum,medium culture pH,cultivation temperature and salt concentration in culture medium on Chlorella growth were also studied.[Results]As a result,a sterile system for Chlorella cultivation was established and the cultivation conditions were optimized then.[Conclusion]Results showed that the combination of 30 mL· L-1 Rif and 100 mL·L-1 Cefo was effectively bacteriostatic in the cultivation system of Chlorella.And the optimal conditions for Chlorella growth were as follows:OD 0.2 for initial inoculum,p H range 8.5-9.5,cultivation temperature(25 ± 0.5) ℃ and salt density lower than 0.01 mol· L-1.关键词
