人类卵裂早期胚胎多核现象研究进展
Research progress on blastomere multinucleation in early cleavage stage of human embryos
摘要
Abstract
Embryo selection for implantation is one of the most important processes to influence the clinical outcome of assisted reproductive technology (ART). Some morphological characteristics except multinucleation are used to evaluate the embryos quality of embryos. Along with the rapid development of ART and genetic diagnosis methods in recent years,the relationship between blastomeric multinucleation and human embryos development potential has been concerned. This review summarizes the influence factors of multinucleation formation in early cleavage stage of human embryos and the correlation between multinucleation and the outcome of in vitro fertilization.关键词
