密花荚蒾中两个新的环烯醚萜
Two New Iridoids from Viburnum congestum
摘要
Abstract
Fifteen compounds were isolated from the twigs and leaves of Viburnum congestum by various chromatographic methods.Their structures were identified as viburcongestin A (1),viburcongestin B (2),adoxoside (3),2'-(E)-p-coumaroyldihydropenstemide(4),3β,23-dihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(5),ilelatifol A(6),11-oxoerythrodiol(7),taxifolin (8),catechin (9),epicatechin (10),epicatechin-(7,8-bc)-4β-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-dihydro-2 (3H)-pyranone (11),scopoletin (12),methylparaben (13),(E)-p-coumarinic acid ethyl ester (14),(E)-p-coumarinic acid (15),respectively,based on spectroscopic methods,including ESI-MS,1H and 13C NMR,IR,and UV techniques.Among them,compounds 1 and 2 were new compounds and compounds 5,6,11,and 12 were isolated from Viburnum genus for the first time.关键词
