Abstract
Objective To explore the risk factors of prognosis for the patients with colon cancer who underwent laparoscopic radical colectomy and the impact of postoperative complications on the survival. Methods From May 2006 to May 2010, a total of 339 patients with colon cancer undergoing laparoscopic radical colectomy in our hospital were studied retrospectively. Dindo complication grading system was used to grade postoperative, complications. Kaplan-Meier survival was calculated and COX regression analysis was performed to study the risk factors on the survival. Results There were 84 cases found postoperative complications in 339 cases with the rate 24.8%. Univariate analysis revealed that ASA score, operation time, maximum tumor diameter, UICC stage and Dindo complication grade Ⅱ or higher were the factors significantly influencing the prognosis of patients. Furthermore, the 4 factors including operation time, maximum tumor diameter, UICC stage and Dindo complication grade Ⅱ or higher were independently associated with overall survival. Conclusions Postoperative complications would be a significantly negative impact on overall survival in the patients with colon cancer after laparoscopic radical colectomy.关键词
