Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Rhodiola rosea on cardiac-vascular function and stress responses of human exercise at high altitude by detecting the hemodynamics.Methods:Eight healthy men were selected in this experiment,before and after 7 d,14 d Rhodiola rosea taken,the HR,IBI,TPR and NE content in blood plasma were detected before and after physical load.All subjects underwent stepping-stool exercise for physical load (step height 30 cm,stepping-stool rate of 25 beats/min for 5 minutes).Results:The HR at rest state and after physical load were significantly higher than that in the sea level group(P<0.05),after 14 d Rhodiola rosea taken,the HR after physical load significantly decreased compared with the 4000 m group(P<0.05);The IBI decreased at rest state and after physical load in 4000 m group,after 7 d,14 d Rhodiola rosea taken,the IBI after physical load was significantly higher than that in the 4000 m group(P<0.01);The TPR decreased at rest state and after physical load,after 7 d,14 d Rhodiola rosea taken,the TPR were increased compared with the 4000 m group;The NE contents at rest state and after physical load were significantly higher than that in the sea level group(P<0.01),after 7 d,14 d Rhodiola rosea taken,the NE contents at rest state and after physical load was significantly lower than that in the 4000 m group(P < 0.01).Conclusion:The Rhodiola rosea can significantly enhanced the human labor ability at high altitude by improving cardiac-vascular function and dropping the body stress responses.关键词
