脑心通胶囊对高原习服青年体力作业能力的影响

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Naoxintong capsule (NXT) on physical activities in altitude acclimatized youth.Methods:A double-blind,placebo-controlled randomized trail was performed at an altitude of 4 300 m,40 young men who got acclimatized to high altitude were recruited.The subjects were randomly and equally divided into NXT experimental group and the placebo group.The subjects in NXT group was treated with Buchang Naoxintong capsule 1.6 g (4 capsules) twice per day for 15 days,and the control group were given placebo (flour capsules).The data of physical fitness indicators were collected before and after the treatments.The data inclued heart rate,SaO2,PWC170,VO2max when the subjects at rest and after loading exercises.Each subject underwent a blood test to detect the lever of blood lactate (LA),glucose (Glu),malondialdehyde (MDA),superoxide dismutase (SOD),nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) when they at fasting and resting 5 minutes after exercises.Results:SaO2,SaO2 at the first load and PWC170 significantly incresed in the NXT group after the treatment,compared with they before taking the medicine (P<0.05).LA and MDA in the control group significantly increased and NOS reduced after exercises,compared with those at rest,both before and after the treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01).NOS in the NXT group significantly decreased after taking exercises than at rest,LA and MDA increased before taking the medicine and Glu increased after taking the medicine (P <0.05).After taking the medicine the experimental group Glu and NOS significantly increased,LA and MDA reduced (P< 0.05 or P< 0.01).The other indicators showed no statistical difference (P > 0.05).Conclusion:Naoxintong capsule can improve SaO2 and energy metabolism during exercise in the altitude acclimatized youth,delay the process of sports fatigue,and increase their physical activities.关键词
