SAA检测在感染性疾病诊断中的临床应用价值
SAA detection in diagnosis of infectious diseases

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of serum amyloid A (SAA) detection in early diagnosis of bacterial infections and viral infections.Methods:From May to June in 2015,100 cases with bacterial infection,51 cases with viral infection and 65 healthy people in our hospital were detected serum specimens subjects SAA、WBC、CRP and PCT level,difference between the groups and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was analyzed to evaluate the diagnostic value of the index on infectious diseases.Results:Differences of SAA、WBC、CRP and PCT among the three groups were statistically significant (P ＜0.05),SAA、WBC、CRP and PCT of bacterial infection and viral infection group was higher than those of the control group.ROC curve showed SAA have a higher diagnostic role in viral infections (area under the curve 0.900)and bacterial infections (area under the curve 0.960) and identification between both (area under the curve 0.890).Conclusion:SAA has better diagnostic significance of infectious diseases,can be used as another clinical indicator in early diagnosis of infectious diseases.关键词
