超声造影联合酶联免疫斑点法在附睾结核早期诊断中的临床应用
Ultrasound combined with enzyme-linked immune spots method in early diagnosis of epididymis tuberculosis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical value in early diagnosis of epididymis tuberculosis by contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined enzyme-linked immune spots method.Methods:A total of 123 cases patients who were proved with epididymis tuberculosis by surgery and pathology were divided into enzyme-linked immune spots method group (59cases) and contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined enzyme-linked immune group (64 cases) for analysis of the clinical value in early diagnosis of epididymis tuberculosis by contrast -enhanced ultrasound combined enzyme-linked immune spots method.Results:The positive rate was 72.9％ (43/59) by enzyme-linked immune spot method of inspection,but 92.2％(59/64) by contrast enhanced ultrasound joint enzyme-linked immune spots method.Conclusion:Contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination combined enzyme-linked immune spots method examination can improve the early diagnosis level of epididymis tuberculosis,and provide certain basis for early treatment.关键词
