摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the impact of serum superoxide dismutase on the lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) patients stratified by blood glucose control.Methods:A total of 310 T2DM patients were enrolled and divided into three groups according to hemoglobinA1c (HbA1c) level:HbA1c<7.0% (n=72),HbA1c 7.0%-9.0% (n=92),HbA1c≥9.0% (n =146).120 healthy subjects were set as control group (NC).Serum SOD,HbA1c,FPG,LDL-C,TG,TC and non-high density lipoprotein (non-HDL-C) were measured.Results:H bA1c≥ 9.0 % group had higher levels of non-HDL-C and lower levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD) than HbA1c 7.0%-9.0% group,HbA1c<7.0%group and NC group.Non-HDL-C was positively correlated with BMI、FPG and HbA1c,and negatively correlated with SOD in T2DM patients.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that BMI、HbA1c and SOD were influence factors of non-HDL-C.Conclusion:The disorder of lipid metabolism showed a deteriorating trend with the increase of blood glucose.SOD was an influence factor of lipid metabolism with T2DM patients.
