宫颈癌宫体浸润诊断及治疗策略:附27例报告
Clinical diagnosis and treatment strategy in cervical cancer with invasion of uterine body: analysis of 27 cases
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment stategy of uterine body of cervical cancer.Methods:The clinical manifestations,diagnostic methods,surgical methods,surgical methods and pathological findings of 27 cases of uterine body of cervical cancer who treated in our hospital from May 2009 to December 2015.Results:The 40.7％ of patients showed irregular vaginal bleeding,37.0％ showed irregular vaginal fluiding,22.2％ was physical findings.Mostly patients were HPV16,18,Ratio was 96.3％.The preoperative MRI results in 9 patients were showen:endometrial cancers,the postoperative pathologicexamination results showed that 8 cases of cervical cancer.1 cases of endometrial squamous cell carcinoma.The preoperative MRI results in 18 patients were showen:cervical cancer.Thepostoperative follow-up results showed that the average survival time was 16 months,and the average survival rate was 22.2％.Conclusion:Diagnosis of uterine body of cervical cancer should be combined with history,screening result,colposcopy diagnosis and the pathological result of biopsy.关键词
