特殊环境军人焦虑与应对方式的相关性研究
Correlation of anxiety and coping styles among soldiers and officers in special environment
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the status of anxiety and its relationship with coping styles among soldiers and officers in special environment.Methods:With stratified sampling,the self -rated anxiety scale (SAS) and coping style questionnaire (CSQ) were used to assessment of 4000 soldiers and officers.Results:A total of 26.35％ soldiers and officers had anxiety disorder.The percentage of mild,moderate and severe anxiety disorder was 79.75％,19.00％ and 1.25％,respectively.The scores of coping styles had significant difference among four groups with different degrees of anxiety disorder.There were significant correlation between SAS total scores and 2 subscale scores of coping styles (r =-0.169,0.172,P ＜0.01).Conclusion:The incidence of anxiety is high among soldiers and officers in special environment.Relevant mental health promotion measures should be conducted among them for changing their incorrect recognization and increasing their mental health level.关键词
