NaOH-Fenton试剂预处理对巨龙竹材理化性质的影响

Abstract
The effects of alkaline-Fenton pretreatment on the physicochemical properties of Dendrocalamus sinicus were examined by an orthogonal experiment.One gram of D.sinicus powder was pretreated by alkaline,and 4 mL of 30% H2O2 and 6 mmol · L-1 Fe2+ were added to conduct the reaction for 24 h.After 72 h enzymic hydrolysis,the product yield was 54.96%.Compared to raw material,the pretreated sample had higher cellulose content and lower hemicellulose and lignin contents.Thermogravimetric and chemical analysis on different materials indicated that NaOH-Fenton pretreatment disrupted the structure of the substrates,changed the chemical properties and improved the thermal stability.关键词
