镉对东北枫和东北山梅花生长和叶绿素荧光特性的影响

Abstract
In this study,the effects of soil cadmium contamination on the biomass and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of the seedlings of two species (Acer mandshuricum and Philadelphus schrenkii) were investigated.Four concentrations of Cd (0,50,100 mg · kg-1 and 200 mg · kg-1) were applied to airdried soil of the potted 1-year-old seedlings.The results showed that the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters (Fv/Fm,ΦPS Ⅱ,and qP) of the two species gradually decreased after 70 days’ treatment,whereas qNP increased gradually.After one growing season,biomass accumulation of two kinds of seedlings declined with the increase of Cd concentration.Biomass and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of A.mandshuricum had greater variation range,indicating that P.schrenkii had relatively stronger resistant ability to cadmium contamination.关键词
