摘要

Abstract

The electrical equipment thermal fault detection system based on infrared image analysis was designed,which is composed of the image acquisition module and image detection module. The electric equipment in thermal image is recognized according to the shape feature of the target equipment. The maximum temperature in the equipment area is calculated. The various influence factors are corrected for diagnosis,which has obtained the satisfactory result. The comparative test of the proposed method with the electrical equipment thermal fault detection method of active sensor of thermal power equipment fault detection method was performed. It is proved that the electrical equipment thermal fault detection method based on infrared image analysis is accurate and effective to detect the thermal fault area of electrical equipment.
