摘要

Abstract

For the comprehensive utilization of the byproducts,water-insoluble dietary fiber (IDF) from Lethariella spp.residue was prepared by using the acid treatment extraction method.The effects of acid solution concentration,the ratio of the solid to the liquid,the acid treatment time and acid treatment temperature on the IDF yield were test ed.Then on the basis of the single factor test,the orthogonal test was taken to study the optimum extraction technology of the IDF.The result showed that the effects of four factors were in the following sequence order:the ratio of the solid to the liquid,the treatment time,the acid solution concentration and the acid treatment temperature.And the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the acid solution concentration was 0.10 mol/L,the acid treatment time was 3.0 h,the ratio of the solid to the liquid was 1:50 g/mL,and the acid treatment temperature was 50 ℃.Under the optimum conditions,the yield of IDF from Lethariella spp.residue was (34.61 +0.19) %.
