层层自组装纳米石墨烯整理针织物防电磁辐射性能分析
Analysis of electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding of layered self-assembled nano-graphene finished knitted fabric

Abstract
Electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding property of knitted fabric treated with nano- gra?phene was studied. Poly(4- styrene sulfonate) and chitosan were used as polyanion and polycation, respective?ly. The graphene nanosheets were homogeneously doped in the chitosan solution. Knitted fabric was coated by layer- by- layer electrostatic self- assembly approach. Surface morphology and chemical composition of modified knitted fabric was analyzed with scanning electron microscope and X- ray photoelectron spectrosco?py. A circular coaxial transmission test was adopted to evaluate its EMI property. The results showed that the conductivity and electromagnetic shielding (SE) value increased gradual y with the increasing of graphene mass fraction. When the additive amount of graphene was 7.2%, the SE value was up to 31 dB, far surpass?ing the target level of 20 dB required for commercial application.关键词
