Abstract
The carboxymethyl hemicel ulose was used as dispersing agent, and the carbon black water paste was prepared by the bal mil ing method. The effects of the amount of dispersing agent, dispersing time, speed of bal mil ing and dosage of carbon black on the dispersion properties of carbon black paste were discussed. The centrifugal stability, temperature stability and storage stability of the carbon black paste were confirmed by testing and analyzing the size and dispersion of carbon black particles. The optimum preparation process was:the amount of dispersant was 15%, dispersion time was 90 min, bal mil ing speed was 700 r/min and the dosage of carbon black was 15%. The minimum dispersed particle size of the prepared carbon black paste could be up to 0.16 μm, the centrifugal stability could reach 86.3%, and its temperature stability and storage stability were good.关键词
