摘要

Abstract

In order to develop deodorizing clean functional textiles, the grafting process of MCT- β- CD on?to cotton fabrics using padding method was analyzed. Grafting effect was evaluated by increasing weight rate. The ammonia elimination and deodorization function of treated fabrics were tested. The results showed that the optimal grafting process was MCT- β- CD concentration 60 g/L, sodium carbonate concentration 30 g/L, so?dium chloride concentration 30 g/L, baking temperature 150 ℃, baking time 5 min. The increasing weight rate of the MCT- β- CD grafted cotton fabrics was 4.5%. The elimination value to ammonia of the MCT- β- CD grafted cotton fabric was 570.18 μg/g fabric with good resistance to wash. After grafting MCT- β- CD, the strength retention rate and whiteness retention rate of treated fabric were 94.62%and 89.81%, respectively.
