摘要

Abstract

The concentration of C16~18 alcohol carboxylate was determined by the system containing cetyl?trimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB), bromocresol green, borate buffer medium and chloroform. The linear equation was ΔA=0.00910ρ- 0.0086 (R=0.9987). The detection limit was 1.10 mg/L. The relatively standard deviation of the six samples were 1.4%~2.6%. The recovery of method was 95.04%~99.80%. The method was suitable for the determination of the concentration of alcohol ether carboxylate in biodegradation process.
