Abstract
Objective To explore clinical efficacy,the ability of daily life and safety of Shuganjieyu capsule in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods The total of 40 patients with post-stroke depression who had never taken antidepressants as control group.The total of 40 patients with post-stroke depression take the Shuganjieyu capsule after 6 weeks and 12 weeks as study group.All patients were assessed with Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Barthel.Results The control group of Scale(HAMD)and Barthel were no statistical difference compared to study group had never taken antidepressants(P>0.05).The study group of Scale(HAMD)and Barthel taken antidepressants after 6 weeks were statistical difference compared to control group(P<0.05).And the study group of Scale(HAMD)and Barthel taken antidepressants after 12 weeks were significant statisticaly different compared to control group(P<0.01).The control group of Scale(HAMD)results show that effective were 0% after 6 weeks and 12 weeks have never taken Shuganjieyu capsule.The study group of Scale(HAMD)results show that effective were 75% after 6 weeks and 85% after 12 weeks had taken Shuganjieyu capsule.Conclusion Shuganjieyu Capsule therapy for post-stroke depression is effective and safe treatment,and also improve the ability of daily life.关键词
