摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the pathogenesis and prevention of intracranial hematoma after craniotomy with a large amount of craniofacial defects in the frontotemporal region.Methods The clinical data and the diagnosis and treatment of 10 cases of temporomandibular cranioplasty were analyzed retrospectively from November 2010 to November 2016.Results There were 10 cases of intracranial hematoma in 4 cases of cranial repair,4 cases of ipsilateral epidural hematoma,2 cases of ipsilateral subdural hematoma,2 cases of ipsilateral cerebral hematoma,1 case of ipsilateral intraventricular hematoma,extracranial hematoma in 1 case.Of which 2 cases of conservative treatment,7 cases of surgical treatment,1 case gave up treatment of death,9 cases were cured.Conclusion Cranioplasty should strictly regulate,improve the surgical skills and take preventive measures to prevent postoperative intracranial hematoma complications,if any,timely diagnosis and correct treatment of good results.关键词
