血常规和尿常规检查应用在流行性出血热早期诊断中的临床价值探讨

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical value of blood and urine routine examination for early diagnosis of epidemic hemorrhagic fever.Methods from October 2015 to December 2016 period,in 50 cases of epidemic hemorrhagic fever patients in our hospital for treatment as the observation group,and time to the hospital for examination of healthy persons as control group of 50 cases,two the members were blood routine and urine routine examination.Results of blood routine examination results were observed in group 16% patients were abnormal lymphocytes,72% white blood cell index increased,56% in Granulocytosis;urine routine examination showed that the observation group had proteinuria occurred in 98% patients.Blood routine examination in the number of leukocytes increased,platelet count and urine routine examination of urine protein indicators can provide reference for early diagnosis epidemic hemorrhagic fever.关键词
