摘要
Abstract
Objective The investigate the expression of Nogo-A protein and it's receptor NgR around the hematoma in intracerebral hemorrhage mouse model.Methods Using stereotaxic technique to inject autologous blood into the caudate putamen to establish intracerebral hemorrhage mouse model.WesternBlot and immunohistochemical methods was used to detect the Nogo-A and NgR expression level in the tissue around the hematoma.Results The Nogo-A and NgR expression were significantly upregulated after 3d of ICH.Conclusion The effect of inhibition axon growth throw the Nogo-A signal pathway was enhancement after ICH,so it's reasonable to speculate that anti-Nogo-A signal pathway may serve as therapeutic targets for cerebral hemorrhage.关键词
