摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of antibiotics in the treatment of infantile pneumonia.Methods a total of 380 children with pneumonia admitted from 2016 to 2017 in our hospital from October to March were selected as the subjects.Divided into two groups,combined with the clinical symptoms and signs of the disease in the implementation of antimicrobial therapy in children with 190 cases,as the control group.190 cases of children with bacterial culture and bacterial sensitivity test based on the implementation of antimicrobial therapy,set as the experimental group.Pay attention to the treatment of the two groups of children,the experimental group of sputum bacterial culture,drug sensitivity test were analyzed,and compared the clinical effect of the two groups of children and the symptoms subsided time.Results the experimental group and the results of sputum bacterial drug susceptibility results showed that according to the degree of antibacterial drugs acting from high to low as azithromycin and ceftazidime,amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium.Have a higher overall efficiency of the experimental group and the control group,the difference of data,confirm the existence of statistical significance,P<0.05.Conclusion before the implementation of treatment of children with pneumonia,need to master the indications of antibacterial drugs,and sputum culture and drug sensitivity test to select the appropriate antibiotics,so as to improve the therapeutic effect,improve the prognosis of children.关键词
