Abstract
Objective To study and analyze the effect of clinical nursing on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and severe respiratory failure.Methods in our hospital from 2016 1-12 month heart disease lung disease chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and 50 cases of patients with severe respiratory failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group of two groups of patients in the control group,routine nursing and corresponding inspection,the implementation of comprehensive nursing quality on the basis of the observation group.After the nursing observation group in the implementation of the degree of satisfaction with the treatment effect and patients was significantly higher than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Discussion in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with severe respiratory failure were treated with noninvasive ventilator treatment,to carry out corresponding nursing intervention can effectively and quickly correct hypoxemia,hypercapnia and improve respiratory muscle function,reduce the tracheal trauma,the clinical nursing effect is significant,help to improve the hospital's overall service the quality,it is worth to promote and encourage the.关键词
