摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the Relationship between Helicobacter pylori(HP)infection and plasma Atrial Natriuretic Peptide(ANP)in petients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods All the patients were divided into pesitive group and negative group according to the results of 14 carbon breath test.And 50 cases of healthy subjects were selected as the control group during the same time in our hospital.The level of ANP were tesed for everyone of three groups.Results Compred with the healthy control group,the level of ANP with Hp(+)group and Hp(-)group is obviously higher(P<0.01),Compred with the Hp(-)group,the level of ANP with Hp(+)group is higher(P<0.01).Conclusion The severity of patients with CHF can be worsen by infection of HP.关键词
