Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing care in the nursing management of operation room.Methods The perioperative application of intensive nursing in this research in the operation room nursing management,design manuals,visit Uighur bilingual version dedicated senior nurses,nursing etiquette training,the implementation of centralized management and operation personnel input,strengthening the preoperative privacy protection,ensure the patients safety and comfort,establish archives,strengthen the operation cooperation process department culture construction.Results After the implementation of nursing staff has changed the old way of nursing in improving basic nursing skills and improve the quality of nursing service,and effectively improve the treatment effect of the patients,improve the patient's satisfaction.Conclusion Perioperative application of postoperative intensive nursing in operation room nursing management can effectively improve the quality of nursing care of patients,improve the service level of nursing work,improve patient satisfaction,it is worth popularizing in clinic.关键词
