Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of the modified angle cap method in the treatment of double fractures of distal radius and ulna in children.Methods from March 2015 November-2015 year period,86 cases of distal radius and ulna were treated in our hospital in patients with fractures,the modified angle folding method treatment,and with the self-made internal and external use,to observe the clinical therapeutic effect.Results after treatment after the follow-up statistics from 2 to 9 months.Results all patients showed bony union,and the review shows that there is no abnormal phenomenon,the X film showed functional restoration in patients with 20 cases,25 cases of patients with anatomic reduction,41 cases of patients with near anatomic reduction.The healing time of the patients was statistically analyzed.The results showed that the healing time was 22 to 43D,and the average healing time was(27 + 3.6)d.The results of Berton showed that 80 patients were excellent,and the results were good in 6 patients.Conclusion the improvement of the angle of the top of the method used in the treatment of fractures of the distal radius and ulna in children,the effect is significant,without surgery,has the advantages of non-invasive and simple operation,the clinical application of high value.关键词
