摘要
Abstract
Objective to explore the nursing countermeasures and clinical effect of congenital heart disease with pulmonary hypertension.Methods 62 cases of congenital heart disease with pulmonary hypertension admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were divided into observation group and control group,31 cases,control group patients adopted routine nursing model,observation group received postoperative nursing intervention measures,compared the clinical nursing effect of two groups.Results compared with the experimental data of two groups,the nursing effect of the observer was significantly better than the control group,and the incidence of complications was effectively controlled,the satisfaction of nursing quality was high.Conclusion the effective postoperative nursing intervention for patients with congenital heart disease combined with pulmonary hypertension is conducive to improve clinical nursing effect,control the incidence of complications,improve patient satisfaction,and has profound significance in practical application.关键词
