Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of series blood purification in treatment of acute severe poisoning patients.Methods 134 patients with acute severe poisoning were divided into the control group(67),treated by conventional therapy and the treatment group(67),treated by series blood purification.The coma time,hospitalization time,cure rate and mortality rate and the changes of vital signs were observed.Results The coma time(39.25±9.56)h,hospitalization time(9.93±2.64)d,the cure rate(94.03%,)the mortality rate 5.97% of treatment group were better than the control group(P<0.05);SpO2(95.41±2.69)%,SBP(122.26±20.38)mmHg,DBP(75.52±11.73)mmHg,HR(87.02±8.53)/min of treatment group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Series of blood purification treatment of acute severe poisoning clinical effect is significant,worthy of promotion.关键词
