Abstract
Objective To explore the application of quality control circles in the satisfaction rate of department of pediatrics during hospitalization.Methods An 8-person team was set up to discuss the cause of the low satisfaction rate among pediatric families.The most urgent problems needed to be solved were analyzed and the corresponding measures were taken to analyze the causes of mosquitoes.The department's satisfaction rate is on the rise,and the number and proportion of the mosquitoes in the departments are gradually decreasing关键词
