摘要
Abstract
Objective to discuss the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods the number of patients who had been treated for diabetes in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were 58 and were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the principle of random average.All patients were performed routine diabetes treatment,and on the basis of treatment shall be the same solution of lipid and antiplatelet treatment,after treatment,the control group of 29 cases of patients with DPN routine nursing,the experimental group in the control group according to the Chinese medicine dialectical principle on the basis of implementing TCM nursing intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results compare the effect of the two groups of patient care,nursing effect is significantly better than control group,experimental group blood sugar control,and patient satisfaction is higher,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion the diabetic peripheral neuropathy using TCM nursing intervention,patients significantly reduce the incidence of diabetes foot,can effectively improve the nursing effect,high clinical value,worthy of popularization and application in clinic.关键词
